PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES"). THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services, including the Sceneance AI Video Generator offered at seedance.tools. The Services provide text-to-video and image-to-video generation powered by the Seedance API. The Services are not an official Seedance product.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms as described below.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Services to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others. We may restrict or suspend access to the Services if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or poses risk to the Services or others.

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use your User Content.
To operate the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content and the resulting outputs for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services, and as otherwise required by law.
Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
The Services are paid. We do not provide free generation credits. Access to generation features may require a valid subscription, a positive credit balance, or both.
Pricing, billing cycles, and credit consumption rules are described in the Services. We may use third-party payment processors to handle payments. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing settings page in your account dashboard.
If you contact support regarding billing, subscription, or refund requests, we aim to respond within 3 business days.
The Services rely on third-party services, including model APIs and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials (excluding User Content), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
