This Content Policy explains what is allowed and not allowed when using Sceneance AI. It applies to all prompts, uploaded images, generation requests, and generated outputs created through our services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• Text prompts
• Uploaded source images and end-frame images
• Generated videos and related outputs
• Any use of Sceneance AI features powered by the Seedance API

You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use generated outputs.

2. Prohibited Content and Use

You must not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that includes:

• Illegal activity, instructions, or facilitation
• Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors
• Non-consensual sexual content or intimate content
• Extreme violence, gore, or content intended to shock, threaten, or incite harm
• Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse
• Terrorism, extremism, or violent organization propaganda
• Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive identity misuse
• Malware, hacking instructions, credential theft, or unauthorized access activities
• Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or other intellectual property violations
• Privacy violations (for example, doxxing, personal data leaks, or surveillance abuse)

3. Likeness, Identity, and Public Figures

Do not generate misleading or harmful content involving real people, including:

• Deepfakes intended to deceive
• Defamatory or manipulative depictions
• Unauthorized use of private individuals' likenesses

If you use real-person likenesses, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and consents.

4. Copyright and Ownership Responsibility

You must only upload content you have the legal right to use. This includes:

• Images
• Brand assets
• Logos
• Character designs
• Other copyrighted materials

We may remove content or restrict accounts when we receive valid infringement notices or detect repeated violations.

5. Commercial and Platform Use

You may use outputs commercially only where permitted by applicable law and your plan terms. You remain responsible for:

• Legal compliance
• Rights clearance
• Labeling requirements
• Jurisdiction-specific rules

Generated results may vary and may still require legal review before publication.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

• Block prompts or uploads
• Remove outputs
• Suspend or terminate account access
• Report serious violations when legally required

We can take action without prior notice for severe or repeated violations.

7. Reporting and Appeals

If you believe content was wrongly blocked or removed, contact support with:

• Your account email
• Generation ID (if available)
• A short explanation and relevant context

We review reports as quickly as possible.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
